The ambient light on the spheres and the "drone" don't look right to me. It appears like something you often see in amateurish 3d renders.

My sincerest sympathy and condolences. I don't know whether it's because I've simply been paying more attention lately, but we seem to be suffering a plague of brain cancers, especially among people who seem far too young to be afflicted with such a terrible disease.
