I am also seeking a DVD or video of the 1988 TV show, UFO Cover-up? Live! It was a ridiculous disinformation-based effort--the Reefer Madness of ufology--with Richard "Falcon" Doty and Robert "Condor" Collins spreading BS all over the place.

Does anyone have a copy of this?

These people have posted affidavits no less and continue to taunt anyone willing to take them on. Their history and documentation is questionable to say the least and they rely on people writing them off to continually justify their 'validity'. They keep all history posted to or about them over the years and analyze that history to simply identify writing styles which provides them enough of a hit rate in identification of anonymous detractors. They then use this to give themselves an aura of being black ops types which inevitably dupes enough innocent observers to perpetuate their claims.

Anyway as it pertains to more MJ claims and a challenge I thought it may be of interest to you.

Agree with all of you, but unfortunately the nutjob sentiment just plays into their hands while they yet again successfully elude accountability for their fanciful claims and dupe more of the public. In terms of nutshelling the story it is years long and basically summed up in their affidavits at the link.
They have had a relationship with Doty Green Collins and co in the past, and are most assuredly Puthoff worshipers. They are just a little more overt and absurd than our feathered friends.

So, at least to the uninformed reader, my well-documented work (former astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell recently called it "powerful") is now linked with a totally fanciful tale about Eisenhower, aliens and nukes.<O:p></O:p>

Similarly, those who have read the testimony of the very credible sources (USAF Brigadier General Arthur Exon, to name one) who speak to the reality of a recovered ET spacecraft at Roswell, also have to contend with the many Roswell-related fabrications found in the bogus MJ-12 material. These weapons were Minuteman One missiles and were of course nuclear-tipped warhead missiles... this incident was of extreme concern to SAC headquarters because they couldn't explain it. <O:p></O:p>

Salas also claims that a similar occurrence involving ten minuteman missiles at another nearby SAC facility, Echo Flight, led to a high level inquiry by the USAF. Salas described his surprise when the investigation was terminated and he was instructed to remain silent. Salas’ testimony has been corroborated by other military whistleblowers such as Lt Colonel Dwynne Arneson who was also stationed at Malmstrom Air Force base in 1967, and read a top-secret communication confirming that UFOs were hovering near missile silos. Additional military whistleblowers confirming Salas' version of events have also come forward. Their testimonies are available in an 2006 online article by Robert Hastings where he reviews the testimony of twenty military witnesses of UFOs at ICBM sites and nuclear weapons storage facilities.<O:p></O:p>

A question though: As we know disinformation is actually lies with some fact built in. Looking at the MJ12 disinfo operation, what do you think is actually true in that? Or is that too hard to isolate?

No offense, but your question is amply answered in my article and the links within it. According to General Exon, an ET craft was recovered at Roswell. That aside, virtually all of the other claims made in the MJ-12 material are bogus.

Yes, there is a lot of reading involved in my responses. Some answers just don't come easily. If you choose to read only a bit of what I have written, use the link to Brad Sparks' 2007 MUFON paper, found in my OBD article.

I am currently sparring, via email, with some of the perps, so I must return to the battle.

I respect your work, and agree with your overall conclusion about the fraudulent nature of the MJ-12 documents, but I don't agree with you on the conclusion that the documents are official disinformation. I agree that this is a possibility, for any number of purposes, but I think it's just as likely that it was done for commercial purposes, i.e. as a scheme to make money, or as a hoax. Without a statement from the perpetrators as to the exact purpose (and even that would require independent confirmation), it remains unclear why the documents were created, even as it should be clear to everyone (Stan!) that they are fake.
