Pentagon UFO Study - Media Monitoring

The overall pattern seems quite evident now. We are dealing with speculative programs that are meant to identify and imagine future threats and possibilities (for military use), and apparently those have had enough money to waste some with various fringe topics as well. That explains why the UFO part doesn't seem to have done proper investigations, and why Davis and Puthoff were apparently just tasked to imagine some technologies from blobs of birds and such. Everything seems to indicate it has been mostly just waste of time and money and not the kind of actual UFO research many have hoped.

The Go "Fast" video seems to be a prime example how there hasn't been even cursory analysis. If the AATIP (or what was left of it) had done any analysis whatsoever, they should have known it doesn't show an object that flies low over the water. That would have only required comparing two numbers. Which means Elizondo should have known that, and prevented the major embarrassment for TTSA on their invalid claims. Everything indicates it was never analyzed at all. And now Elizondo and TTSA are just repeating what Davis and Puthoff have imagined, which has little to do with those low-quality videos.

So don't keep your hopes too high up for some big UFO revelations.

So the question is now: What program, if not AATIP, did the Gimbal and Go Fast videos originate from? A program that ended in 2012 cannot hold videos from 2015 in evidence...

Up until now, the Pentagon has not confirmed the AATIP as anything but an aircraft defense program. Roger Glassel received Pentagon confirmation regarding the AATIP and AAWSA name - and its status as a UFO study.
Blue Blurry Lines: Pentagon Confirmation: AATIP = Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program

So according to that:
- AATIP=AAWSA
- It was funded "in the July 2008 Supplemental Appropriations Bill (a Sen Harry Reid add)"
- "Its mandate, as outlined in a 2009 letter from Reid to DSD, was to assess "far-term foreign advanced aerospace threats the United States"
- It "was terminated in 2012 due to lack of real progress and concerns about the viability of the program"

So that seems to mean it had a funding of $22 million, which included all the work, most of which doesn't seem to be about proper UFO report investigations. The general idea seems to have been trying to identify any potential threats, and anything unknown is a potential threat. Maybe it was along the lines of those early remote viewing nonsense studies, where the worry was that other nations would be studying them and would find out something before them, so they needed to do that too. Hence the need to speculate what ever they could invent someone else could also invent. And that's why Davis for example produced those papers.

Sounds like Elizondo and some others were just using some of their time to gather such videos, even after that program was already terminated (he himself said something along those lines somewhere). That also explains the apparent lack of actual investigation, which is most clear on those invalid claims about that Go "Fast" video, which I analyzed before:
Analysis of TTSA 2015 Go Fast UFO video

Interestingly, Paco Chierici, the author of that FighterSweep article, told me that the Nimitz investigation was done by Naval Investigative Service and it concluded only a few weeks before he wrote that article. That article was published on March, 2015. He has actually read that report, and his article is based on that and personal conversations with Fravor, but he didn't have any knowledge of it being connected to the AATIP.

So it seems the AATIP had also little to do with that either, which explains why Elizondo seemed to be evasive when he was asked when that was investigated (don't remember where that was).

It's also interesting that if those 3 videos Elizondo arranged to be released were supposedly among the most unusual, why that set doesn't seem to include any that the AATIP would actually have investigated?

Don't remember if this was mentioned in here, but Elizondo will be (a? the?) keynote speaker at the MUFON symposium in July. In case you wanted to hear the sound of his voice again, here's a delicious crumb (see video in tweet)

He said "cosmic neighborhood." So, it's official. We have neighbors. ETH confirmed?

I'm currently waiting for George Knapp's 11PM Las Vegas local TV news segment about AAWSA, hoping we'll truly learn something new (see picture in tweet)

Joe Murgia also got ahold of a Jeremy Corbell post somewhere that alleges Elizondo himself will appear on the program and set the record straight about "UFO programs." (see pictures in tweet)

All right, here's the link with the segment, along with a little web extra and two PDFs for Reference Documents from everyone's favorite secret UFO program:

I-Team: UFO

Main takeaway: This seemed to clarify that the $22 million in funding was not for AATIP but for AAWSA. Bigelow funded AAWSA for a year after it lost funding in 2011. During that, or after that, the initiative became known as AATIP, and no longer seemed to belong to the DIA/OSD specifically. The work continued because Elizondo remained in communication with "pockets of people from different agencies" after the program officially ended.

It sounds like the program became decentralized, hence why it's difficult to pin down. Pinning it down could mean compromising the people involved, hence why no one's helping us with that. It would also explain why the Pentagon seems to believe it officially ended in 2012.

Knapp's team (possibly aided by Jeremy Corbell) got ahold of two papers. The first one is a copy of Eric Davis's paper on Warp Drives we already saw earlier this week. The second one is a paper on Zero Point/vacuum energy by Hal Puthoff. This one's not as easy to digest for the layman, lots of formulas...

The very peculiar thing about the web extra is that it's from the same footage as the interview Elizondo did with Knapp back in February. In it, Elizondo mentions the "three videos everyone knows about." He made this statement weeks before the third video was actually published. Is it a slip of the tongue that they didn't include in the original airing? Or does Knapp have interview fragments that were prerecorded with the knowledge that they would air at specific dates?

This brings something odd to mind: Knapp probably has very easy access to Bigelow. Why is it that we still don't have a Bigelow-Knapp interview specifically about UFOs? Is Bigelow staying in the shadows as part of the slow trickle, and is Knapp a willing participant?

Dear colleagues.

Here is finally the latest batch of media monitoring regarding AATIP study.

I just noticed that TTSA's annual report dated April 30th was posted on the SEC's website:

EDGAR Filing Documents for 0001144204-18-023727

Lots of information to sort through...

During 2017, the Company completed the filing of its Regulation A offering (the “Offering”) to raise additional capital to fund ongoing operations. As of April 2018, the Company has raised approximately $1,090,000 under this Offering, receiving net proceeds of approximately $800,000 in March 2018 and $150,000 in April 2018. There is also an additional $86,000 of pending funds held by the escrow agent, subject to investor verifications and funds clearance; some or all of these funds may become available to the Company at a future date. The Company anticipates additional funds to be raised under the Offering through the end of the 12-month qualification period which expires in September 2018, but the estimated amount cannot be determined.

During 2017, the Science Division began developing its staffing plans, identifying funding requirements and sensitivities, and met with individuals in the USG about possible government-funded studies. The SD continues to evaluate the viability of pursuing brain-computer interface technology, human ultra-experience database, and telepathy, but our most significant accomplishment in advancing science and education in 2017 was the launch of our initial version of the COI website.

The company’s vision of a fully-functioning COI is an online collection, storage, and analysis point for information regarding events, witness and data reporting associated with advanced technologies and capabilities. TTS AAS’s initial version of the COI was launched in December 2017 as a host site to address the interest in newly-released video and expert analysis of UAP aircraft that display extremely unusual flight characteristics.

Accordingly, in 2018, we plan to evolve the COI from a read-only site to one that allows data submission from the public, USG, and foreign governments. One of our objectives in developing the COI is creating proprietary algorithms to find detailed patterns in the data submitted by users and correlate them with other academic research. This may also result in commercially-valuable algorithms, and because there is no real competition in this area that we are aware of, we believe the probability of capturing such business is high.

Great! I thought it would take a month or two more for that to be published.

Seems like I need to update my TTSA post:
TTSA - Following the money

Obviously the most interesting thing is that they have now admitted their investment counters have been lying, just like I have suspected for all this time and wrote there. Is it time to ask the SEC if they were misleading their investors, since they apparently didn't even bother to explain that discrepancy?

Their losses seem to have increased a lot and they seem to be living on loans now. And at the same time they are still touting their out of this world plans. Is that Delaware some other planet? Can't be that they live on this one, right?

Assuming that the maximum amount of financing sought in the Regulation A Offering is raised, over the next 12 months the company will ...
Are they joking?

Looks like they're confiriming DeLonge will be making an exit as CEO in the near future:

We anticipate hiring as necessary to grow the business, and the current officers may be replaced as we staff up. In particular, we are looking for a Chief Executive Officer at TTS AAS.

*We anticipate hiring as necessary to grow the business. In particular, we are looking for a Chief Executive Officer at TTS AAS to take over from Tom DeLonge.
**There are two additional directors to be appointed.

But they do still need him for one thing:

Tom DeLonge has indicated his intention to provide additional capital if needed to the company, although there is no commitment or an assurance that this will be provided in the future.

On the topic of how they evaluate their progress:

Item 2. Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations

We founded the company in 2017 in order to be a vehicle for change by inspiring a newfound appreciation of the profound, yet unresolved mysteries of the universe, to unify people around the world. Our consolidated operations includes the results of our wholly-owned subsidiary, TTS, which operates the Entertainment Division of the company. Other than continuing to operate the Entertainment Division and launch of the Community of Interest website, our activities since inception have consisted primarily of business formation, project evaluation and development, hiring of key employees, discussions with potential strategic partners, and the events surrounding the initiation and closing of the funding under Regulation A Offering.

A substantial portion of the results discussed below include the Entertainment Division operations of TTS, which going forward will only constitute part of our business, and is therefore not indicative of our future performance.

In other words, not much to show except for some optimism...

In other news, Dr. Eric Davis had some harsh words for ufologists, and wanted to set the record straight, collected by Joe Murgia on Twitter:

(once again, a claim that the DoD released the videos, but nothing that would help verify that claim)

I'm not interested in how bent out of shape various internet personalities and forum posters are about their inability to obtain direct statements from the DOD. Get real. There's no longer a point I can see in following this thread. By-Ya.

A member of the main TTSA Facebook group was grumbling about the militaristic nature of TTSA. He made an appeal to George Knapp and George actually took the time to answer. I copy the exchange below.
===========

Karl Harvey.
So I wonder what George Knapp and everyone else believes about why people have been sold shares in something that promises a new era in space exploration actually has the ‘application’ of ‘weapons’ at its core?

Is the real name of TTSA actually ‘TTWA’ = To The Weapons Academy’?

————-
Tom Mellett
Maybe TTSWA = To The Star Wars Academy
——————
Karl Harvey
That seems to make sense to me Tom Mellett
Wonder if it makes sense to everyone who has suddenly gone quiet?

George Knapp
TTSA is a public benefit corporation, and anyone who buys shares in it is given a fairly clear explanation of what it wants to do and what the risks are. AATIP was/is a government program. It is not TTSA. The only overlap is that Lue Elizondo worked for AATIP, left the Pentagon, and now works for TTSA.

AAWSAP was a government effort. It was funded by DIA but was carried out by a private contractor. It has the word "Weapon" in its title, similar to the word "Threat" in the acronym for AATIP. Those words are not all that mysterious. Both were DOD programs.

In order to get--and keep--funding, its internal proponents and defenders needed to be able to argue that there are legitimate national security issues involved. I happen to believe that this concern is well founded, even if space aliens are not obliterating cities with laser beams. There are important issues to discuss regarding the larger topic. It's a good idea to keep our eyes on the ball.

I love a good conspiracy scenario but think that, damn, the info that has emerged in the last 8 months has been pretty damned dramatic. If it is a dastardly plot, we are all forewarned and on guard. Skepticism is a good thing

Looks like they're confiriming DeLonge will be making an exit as CEO in the near future

That was already in the Offering Circular. It seems he has never been interested in leading the company, which explain why it has never seemed like anyone is leading it.

But they do still need him for one thing

For all practical purposes, TTSA=Tom DeLonge. He owns the vast majority of it, can do whatever he likes with it, and if he decides he doesn't give more money to it, it's all over very soon. But since the company is such a complex mess of his other entertainment businesses, I don't think he can let it go bankrupt.

It seems unlikely they would find gullible investors in any significant quantity anymore, so he has to be able to make some of his entertainment projects profitable enough to keep it afloat, or keep funding it with his own money.

Dear colleagues.
(Thanks to Stig Agermose for some of the initial leads):

Here is a quick addendum to previous media batch.

WTKR TV just aired news segment about the Pentagon UFO AATIP Study. This time we have a new moment. WTKR was able to obtain a statement from the Navy regarding recent stories on AATIP and UFO military videos.
WTKR requested an interview with the Navy representative but Navy declined to do an interview. However, this statement was sent to WTKR:
"For decades aviators have reported seeing unidentified objects while in flight. While most sightings are explainable, some are not. Reporting an unidentified object is nothing unusual. Weather balloons, drones and experimental aircraft are often difficult to identify when seen from a distance while flying at a high rate of speed. Any unidentified aircraft sighting is reported to the commanding authority of that air space."

To The Stars Academy's DPO website just went "blip" around 10:30 AM EST today, and this small change happened:

2,969 investors
2,488 investors

(This marks 1 month since the first "closing" - 5 months to go on the TTSA doomsday clock)
