Most are former President Obama mob so of course they are going good luck to them. ;)
Not so - do some reading - listen to the supplied links on this thread - exercise some caution regarding your partisan-ship. What is happening is not good. The people being forced out are high level career State Department employees going back to the 1970's and 1980's - not just 'Obama's mob'.

This all reminds me of what the Bush/Cheney adminsitration did to the Intelligence agencies in the early 2000's. There was a massive purge of experienced personnel in those agencies. For a significant number of years we had Intelligence agencies that were seriously hobbled with 'lost memory' - it went so far as to there being major holes regarding knowledge of the foriegn languages of the countries we surveil - take a moment to reflect on that. I was living in Washington D.C. at the time all this was going on - I recall very well the buzz in the local papers about this - all leading up to and away from the Irag War (9/11 and all that). This reminds me of all that. It's like Obama's adminstration was an interregnum in the neo-liberal onslaught (if that is what this is - neo-liberalism's ghost). They are going full force once again, this time to erase all 'institutional memory' from our State Department.

Remember Trump's promise to 'make America great again'? He is doing the exact opposite. Pay attention.

I never said he still a practising Christian mind you he did became one,

Almost all U.S. presidents, including Trump, have been Christians

Obama's Radical-Left Ties Broad And Deep

Obama sets record straight on his religion

Putin says Democrats are being sore losers: 'It is important to know how to lose gracefully'

Will Paul Ryan's Obamacare Replacement Work For People With Pre-Existing Conditions?

Now the former US President Obama Care policy (other words medicare) ok if those who worked get it and folks born /with severe disabilities (any age) agree should be there if the nation can afford it like other Western States. However, friends of mine who are US Veterans of a number conflicts and their families should be first in line. Not folks illegally crossing the borders straight into the nation's holding their hands out. That was the weakness of his policy and hope that element is stopped. Unless life threatening of course under framework of the International Red Cross and these groups have not broken any laws of the United States of America.

The facts are he 'won' by manipulation - it wasn't a fair playing field. Do you read the posts where that is explained? I assume you may be one who points to the primary shenanigans of the Dems as damming - well, the Republicans did the same and far more in the national election. Check it out. It means Trump's election has an air of illegitimacy about it - 'that's the facts' - 'like or lump it.'

It means further that Trump does not have a mandate - and when he governs he needs to be mindful of that fact. There is a massive percentage of the country who did not support him for president - and rather than being 'offended' by that fact (and denigrating to that portion of the country and electorate) he needs to start respecting the will of all the people and govern accordingly.

What I would say is those who fully support Trump need to 'get over' being upset because Trump is not the great delight of the majority. Further, they need to stop 'whining' about the fact that Trump is disliked. Accept it - maybe try to understand why - but move on. Works both ways, you see?
Also make sure you done your fact checks plus read all the material.

In Private, Republican Lawmakers Agonize Over Health Law Repeal
LINK:

TEXT Excerpted: Congressional Republicans, meeting behind closed doors this week in Philadelphia, expressed grave concerns about dismantling the Affordable Care Act on the urgent timetable demanded by President Trump, fretting that, among other things, they could wreck insurance markets and be saddled with a politically disastrous “Trumpcare.”

An audio recording of a session at their annual retreat, obtained by The New York Times, shows Republicans in disarray, far from agreement on health policy, and still searching for something to replace former President Barack Obama’s health care law. While their leaders called for swift action to rescue consumers from the Affordable Care Act, some backbench Republicans worried about potential pitfalls.

“We had better be sure that we are prepared to live with the market being created,” said Representative Tom McClintock of California, because “that’s going to be called Trumpcare.”

He added, “Republicans will own it lock, stock and barrel, and we’ll be judged on that.”

When Democrats were writing the Affordable Care Act seven years ago, their primary goal was to provide health insurance to more people, an ambition that the Obama administration went to great lengths to fulfill as it enrolled millions of people in Medicaid or private health plans.

Now, as Republicans try to devise a replacement for the law, they have set a nearly impossible standard for themselves: They have promised that none of the 20 million people who gained coverage through the Affordable Care Act will lose it if the law is repealed, even as they lift its mandates and penalties, pull back the tax increases that pay for it and pledge to enact a new program that will be cheaper for taxpayers and consumers.

In their private session, the recording of which was first reported on by The Washington Post, Republicans revealed that they understood the predicament they had largely created for themselves. [SEE Graphic In Link]

Ex-Soviet Leader Mikhail Gorbachev: ‘World Is Preparing for War’

"World is preparing for war," ex-Soviet leader Gorbachev warns
TEXT: Former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev warned Friday that "it all looks as if the world is preparing for war." Gorbachev, who was head of the socialist state when it dissolved in 1991, wrote the comments in an opinion piece for Time magazine.

"More troops, tanks and armored personnel carriers are being brought to Europe," the 85-year-old wrote. "NATO and Russian forces and weapons that used to be deployed at a distance are now placed closer to each other, as if to shoot point-blank."

The 1990 Nobel Peace Prize-winner added: "Politicians and military leaders sound increasingly belligerent and defense doctrines more dangerous. Commentators and TV personalities are joining the bellicose chorus. It all looks as if the world is preparing for war."

Thousands of U.S. troops have been sent to eastern Europe in recent weeks, the largest deployment of its kind since the Cold War.

Gorbachev oversaw an agreement with the U.S. to reduce their nuclear arsenals. President Donald Trump, however, has suggested he could bolster the number of such weapons at his disposal, something that would reverse decades of American policy. [SEE Graphic In Link]

Trump has said he would like to expand America's nuclear weapons, telling MSNBC's Morning Joe in December: "Let it be an arms race."

This proposed reversal of decades of U.S. policy was in part what moved a group of scientists Thursday to move the metaphorical Doomsday Clock to two minutes and 30 seconds before midnight — the time that represents when a catastrophic nuclear event can annihilate the earth. [SEE Video In Link]

Trump has signaled he may seek a rapprochement with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, including lifting sanctions imposed by Barack Obama over Moscow's annexation of Crimea.

Trump has also called NATO "obsolete", and Russian media said he and Putin were expected to speak on the phone Saturday.

Some expects fear that if Trump undermines NATO and cozies up to Russia,Putin may be emboldened to interfere in other former Soviet countries. [SEE Graphic In Link]

"While state budgets are struggling to fund people's essential social needs, military spending is growing," Gorbachev wrote. "Money is easily found for sophisticated weapons whose destructive power is comparable to that of the weapons of mass destruction; for submarines whose single salvo is capable of devastating half a continent; for missile defense systems that undermine strategic stability."

Gorbachev urged the United Nations Security Council to adopt a resolution stating that "nuclear war is unacceptable and must never be fought," and said the initiative to sign it should come from Trump and Putin.

Republicans Are Stealing Elections. Election Fraud vs Voter Fraud

You shut down "the dialog" by indicating I'm a troll w/your "like". That's ridiculous. Where am I trolling any post(s) in this thread?

Did you watch your RT video you posted and comment about it with regard to what I asked you? Dialog?

You're part of the echo chamber of "group think" where alternative ideas are branded "trolling" and/or "lies".

For those that have alleged either with what I posted I challenge any of you to quote me directly, and then explain to everyone here why it's either a lie or a troll post.

This applies to you, Gene, and anyone else that have indicated I'm doing this. I've been cut-off from posting here for a week, because Gene has the power to do it. But, Gene never quoted my offending post to provide a single example why he did this. I call this nothing more than censorship.

You seriously have a misunderstanding of Election Fraud. Do yourself a favor and go to youtube and watch an HBO special called Hacking Democracy. If you can't find it there, then it can be found as a download or through Amazon or Netflicks.

That was one of my first posts to this thread. Watch it, seriously!

And, drop your petty misdirection about State's rights. You'll need a new Supreme Court to overturn precedent to get that changed, and I seriously doubt that will happen in your lifetime. The DNC is imploding!

Hillary Clinton was the world's absolute nightmare of the Cold Warrior ready to go to war with the Russians with actual threats to do so, and she also blames the Russians for her losing the election. That's a form of madness that's far worse than anything Trump has done.

I think it's best I no longer quote any of your posts or refer to you personally, and I ask you to allow others to respond to my posts instead of you responding. Why? There's plenty of other Hillary and DNC supporters here that are more than happy to debate about Trump or whatever else they want to discuss. They can speak for themselves without you having to protect their ideas from contrary debate and dialog coming from me. Let's just avoid each other, you and I, so I can be allowed to continue to post.

I'm not here to troll or lie about anything...

All senior staff should be fired that were supporting Obama and Bush policies. These people were a disaster that remained silent and were not speaking out or resigning for all the War Crimes our political leaders such as Bush, Obama, and Hillary Clinton were doing.

The State Department is a nightmare of failures with trade and warfare and not maintaining peaceful relations. Get rid of them!
