Angel's hair is another mystery of the UFO

The Starman

Paranormal Maven
Already since the advent of Ufology, some extraterrestrial artifacts have been searched for, to prove that the Earth is actually visited by aliens. One such artifact has become famous and, hunted everywhere. The material is called, "angel's hair". This term in ufology subculture, has nothing to do with the spiritual beings mentioned in the bible or the messengers of God. "Angel's hair" is usually characterized by the phenomenon of a material similar to glass that resembles hairs or yarns in the places where the UFOs - land, take off or pass by.

These threads can lie on the ground where the UFO has landed, or as a cobweb can fly in the air, if the UFO was passing thru that location. Sometimes there are giant threads reaching to two kilometers long and can cover a large area of land. These "angel's hair" dissolve after a while. Holding in the hands, this material often fuses into small, bad odor balls. This mass is a bit radioactive. Angel's hair is usually referred to english and russian ufology literature, or in those countries where this therm is most used. In Italy, for example, it is called "Silicon Wool" or "Virgin Mary's Hair" and in France it is "Madonna's Babies" or "Madonna's Gifts".

Throughout the history of ufology, several hundred occasions have occurred in the appearance of "angel's hair". Several dozen witnesses have succeeded in collecting samples and delivering them to laboratories, but scientists still do not know the nature of this phenomenon. The structure and origins of "angel's hair" have not yet been fully investigated, people looking for a rational explanation for this phenomenon, meanwhile others are already satisfied by alienated hypothesis of origin. It is known, however, that their composition includes: boron, silicon, calcium and magnesium. In 1954, a first serious study was carried out and the italian chemist ,Danilo Gocci, defined angel hair as a boron-silicon glass in an unstable state. The first mention of "angel's hair" dates back to 1898, when it appeared over USA, Montgomery's city, as a flying cobbled strange material. However, the most famous case took place on October 27, 1954. In Italy over Florence, two unrecognizable objects crossed the skies above the football field. After their passage, the entire football field covered with sticky material similar to the cobweb. This material was collected by chemist Danilo Gocci and his colleagues. This phenomenon was watched by more than 10,000 witnesses.

The american ufologist, Charles Maine, assumes "angel's hair" is a by-product of the UFO's engine. He says that in our spacetime, this material is not stable and, in a short space of time, it passes into it's normal spatial-temporal dimension. Other ufologists such as, Brinsley Le Poerta, believes this may be a materialization of some kind of spiritual power, much like the ectoplasm of the spiritism sessions. However, both hypothesis are criticized by skeptics. The second hypothesis is especially criticized, since the mere comparison with spirital ectoplasm, which is not even proven to be truly existing.

Another hypothesis links "angel's hair" with conspiracy theory known as "chemtrail". This is currently the most popular explanation. The conspiracy theory of chemical fertilizers says that a white trail left in the sky by a jet aircraft, does not disappear, but expands and turns into the cloud. The conspiracy theory says that this is a government-run project. Substances that propagate in this way help control society or weather control. However, the theory of chemical fertilizers did not exclude criticism aswell, since "Angel's hair" was monitored much before the arrival of planes.

In 1967, samples of "angel's hair" from New Zealand fell into the hands of Russian scientists. Physicist L.V.Kirichenko described them as follows: it is a fibrous material, consisting of 0.1 micron thick fibers. The main fiber mass is interlaced into separate 20 micron thick strands. Fibers are white, semi-red. The analyzed material does not have an analogue in nature. The main fiber mass is interlaced into separate 20 micron thick strands. Fibers are white, semi-transparent. The analyzed material does not have an analogue in nature.

What to do if you notice "angell's hair" ? First of all, admire this unusual and rare phenomenon. Second, try to collect the samples and bring them to the chemical laboratory for research. It has been noticed that "angel's hair" dissolves quickly in the fresh air or on the hands, but when placed in a plastic bag or jar and tightly closed to prevent oxygen entering, material lasts for several days. You can make an invaluable contribution to scientific discoveries by using a simple bag or jar and rushing to the lab.

Science has yet to find out the origin of "angel's hair" because the extraterrestrial origin hypothesis/speculations are not satisfied with either meteorologists, physicists or chemists who are seeking more earthly theories of the emergence of this material, since it has all components to exist on Earth.

There is also "Pele's hair" --- is a form of lava --- "The formation of Pele's hair occurs when molten basaltic glass is blowing-out from lava."

You don't want to breathe in those glass strands in either.
