I kind of like my ego. It is the very thing that makes me see the world, as an individual. It does not particularly calm my nerves, the idea of trusting any group of people (or beings) who do not seem to have to manage one for themselves, aside from Deepok Chopra that is ;)

You raise a good question. but, in terms of "WE the people", I'd have to say that "WE" have not yet even acknowledged their existence. So, if the organized, global, political "we" don't acknowledge that UFOs are real, then there's no reason for "us" to really be concerned about the intentions...
