What could possibly be the logic behind this act ?

Here is what you do.
Take a bunch of video-game kids and give them guns.
Send them far, far, away, to fight a war with no victory scenario.
Neglect to instill any sense of military discipline or justice in them.
Shake until bullshit comes out.

I hear they identified two of the guys in the video.

I'd force them into a psych evaluation. If they are deemed mentally fit, have them explain the context and why they performed these insane and reckless acts to the world.

You can't police the planet and claim moral supremacy with these types of individuals.
 
Frankly I think this has been blown out of proportion. No doubt these boys are being thrown to the wolves by some uniform-wearing bureaucrat in Washington. This PC crap has gotten out of control. In WWII shit like this wouldn't even be looked at. The media should report on what these throwbacks would do to our boys if the situation was reversed.
Bring our boys home and let these savages kill each other. We have no business being there.
