Those are interesting resources. I correspond with Miguel sometimes. I have it on my To-do list to meet Dr. Hoeller the next time I'm in Los Angeles, hopefully later this summer. I just want to get to talk to the old guy before he leaves us!

Has anyone ever seen the spirit science vids on you tube? Just puts all the prophet types at Christ like consciousness. Just highly intelligent higher plane of existence. Just wondering anyone's thoughts on those videos.

Where is the evidence for "higher planes of existence" or that anyone seeking these states increased their intelligence in some superhuman-like fashion? I don't see it evidenced in human history.

Well, according to the gospel as taught by most churches belonging to the Southern Baptist Convention (of which I am most familiar) as well as many other denominations and sects, unless you accept the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross for your sins, and believe that he rose from the dead, then you are destined to spend eternity separated from God in hell, be that the outer darkness or torments.

As your initial posting indicates though, Jesus (being the fictional character that he is) can be all things to all people. There are 100s if not 1000s of different versions of the character and as many variations on the "gospel" that he allegedly preached. I've never met anyone who didn't think their accepted version of Jesus was the guy.
