On Tuesday, November 26, we'll be recording an episode featuring UFO historian Richard Dolan, author of two books in the "UFOs and the National Security State" series, "A.D. After Disclosure," with TV producer and novelist Bryce Zabel, and the upcoming "UFOs for the 21st Century Mind: An Ancient Mystery for a New Era."

As you can see, there will be plenty to catch up on.

You can find more information about his books here:

Richard Dolan's books offer exceptional insight into the field of ufology. | Richard Dolan Press

1) Speculating what's your best evidence that a Black Budget Space Program exist in a debate against skeptics?

2) Pure speculation do you feel that the Worlds Governments might leave humanity in a serous predicament incase of future threat from our solar system or others regarding some highly intelligent life forms not coming forward on disclosure of the UFO mystery due not releasing all the top secret files?

One more question for Dolan: Have you been approached by anyone (with or without government involvement) asking you to consult on the narrative for a television documentary series summarizing modern ufo history -- the kind of production that would be helpful in the event of forced ufo disclosure or a widely witnessed ufo crash in the future?

Does Richard Dolan feel he is taken less seriously in the ufo field when he has associated himself with Stephen Bassett and his Disclosure movement?

Question: What do you think of Greg Valdez's new book and the claim that the CIA had developed silent and invisible helicopters as early as the mid 70s?

1) Mr. Dolan, I've been listening to a few of your podcasts. I really appreciate that you are not afraid to go into deeper and rather complex philosophical discusssions about the nature of reality, and the power structures of society. Which thinkers and writers inspired your own ideas about a break-away society? Have you tried to publish your ideas in philosophical or other academic puplications? Have you discussed your ideas with academic friends or aquaintances, what is their reaction, typically?

2) I was somewhat disappointed when you decided, at some point in a podcast, to pledge allegiance with the 9/11 conspiracy crowd, as if it was simply a choice you decided to make. Isn't it morally problematic to take a stance like that, if you can't back it up with solid evidence? Don't the people left behind deserve the consideration of closure, unless you can actually show something more than tragic negligence by certain parties?

3) Do you ever consider the damage that conspiracy theories might do to the fabric of society? Or do you feel that the end justifies the means, even if it means accusing individual people wrongly at times, or inciting mistrust, in general?

Thank you for coming on the Paracast.
  1. Given the long history of lying, deception and abuse of power by members of the US government (e.g. Gulf of Tonkin Incident, Tuskeegee, MK-Ultra) and their willingness to use whatever means to achieve their ends (much of which is well documented in your book "UFOs and the National Security State"), what methods do you use to distinguish between government insiders providing you with real information from disinformation agents attempting to work psy-ops on you?

  2. Do you believe UFO phenomena can be separated from other paranormal phenomena or are they connected thus implying that the ET Hypothesis may not be the best one to explain the evidence?

  3. Which have been the most effective means used by governments to quell dissent and discussion of "forbidden topics": Intelligence agency collusion with, and control of the media as documented in Terry Hansen's Missing Times or white-wash operations like Project Blue Book; or have other means been used that have been even more effective?
Thank you,
