Well if it was something "blowing in the wind" would it not have moved, changed shape or just been gone from one pic to the other?:cool: but it does not do any of that. its not anything on the lens because i have pics that were taken befor and after these 2 and nothing that looks like that in any of them. so your explainations are lame and do not fit since there was enough wind that day that it would no have been there in the second frame. and dont tell me its swamp gas either:D thanks for the time you took to look at the pics and comment me
 
My guess: a small bit of grass or some other fibrous material blew onto the lens, and then dislodged after two exposures.
