Obama Memo for Disclosure?!?!

I cannot find this memo on any other site but this one:

The "memo" in general states there will be no more unnecessary secrets kept from the public due toi the Freedom of Information Act.

Can anyone else help me confirm if this is real or a hoax? I've tried the White House website, several Obama-containing sites, and even Googleing Obama Disclosure, which was useless.

Anyone have any ideas?

Even if it is legit, I wouldn't hold my breath.

One thought I've been having about disclosure lately though: Say the shit really starts hitting the fan. You know, despite all efforts to the contrary, the economy continues to slide, middle eastern relations keep deteriorating, etc. Disclosure would make for the ultimate distraction.

Media: Mr. President, global circumstances are continuing to implode, what do you plan to do?

Obama: Hey look, UFOs! Go get the ball...

Media: (runs off, barking with joy)

Don't get too excited. Obama has no super powers. Just sit back and be, or try to be, content he isn't Bush.

There is a deal going on with the FOIA. All PR to me so far.

Don't expect to see any information about the issues we're concerned about magically appear as a result of Obama's presence.

The promise often arrives with a new administration. They make motions in the first few months, until the reality sinks in.

Suddenly, it's the same old, same old.
 
at first when i read it, i thought thats fantastic now all those documents that were released with the lines blacked out, can be re sought knowing the blacked out lines will be gone this time.....

but then i realised, i could use the same new rules to ask for the missile launch codes of every silo on the west coast......
 
This is just a return to the standard that every president before Bush (including Clinton, and Bush Sr.) used to interpret the FOIA.

Did we learn anything then?

Of course not. What did you expect anyway?

Since Obama has brought onboard a large number of the players from the Clinton administration, including Hillary as Secretary of State, wouldn't you be expecting a replay?

Change or the process of reverting?

I suppose its alot like that fantasy I have...

Me, Carmen Electra, and Bridget the midget. I wont go into detail but suffice to say it isnt impossbile, just highly improbable anything will come of it.
 
yeah sure obama will release all the info on ufo's. and ill wake up tomorrow and win every lottery on the east coast. not saying it wont happen but im not holding my breath.
 
It wouldnt surprise me, if some information on the ufo subject got released . What the information contains is another matter.
I think Obama will probably speak to the nation and probably will instruct the representatives of his disclosure team, maybe if they could, try there best to stay away from the weirder aspects of the phenomen alot of spin will probably occur in the release of ufo information.
 
Releasing partially blacked out documents of lights in the sky at a great distance isn't disclosure:) That may occur, and I will eat the egg instead of smearing it on my face. If they throw an alien body out on the table, I'll stick my head in a chicken's rear end thingy.
 
I Think it will be more than just blackened out documents that will be released. In my opinion, i think it will be a very slow process years, but finally real hard evidence will be given to the public because again in my opinion it will be demanded. It all a guessing game of course by me, but hopefully it turns out to be a reality?

We may well get documents that are not 90% blacked out but even then can you trust that the info given will be accurate and not cleaverly fabricated? I think unless massive ufo's appear and just hover over every major us city or a major event like that we will never get 100% disclosure.
