1. I have never been impressed by Hoaglands stuff.
2. These Images are credited to Meta Research www.metaresearch.org.
3. They were released to the press in 2001 and ignored.

No the images below I did not touch, if you suspect tampering you can contact Tom Van Flandern the former Chief Astronomer of the Naval Observatory is responsible for the content

I have to point that out since photos can be faked easily I am simply giving you links to a real Science Organization who has studied them.

I really enjoy seeing photos of anykind of Mars. I think many of these things are natural and interesting, but I agree that they should be discussed a little more.
 
This image is compeling. Not for artificial sourcing, but for the question of what is it. The author says:
"Spots: Black spots appear on dune-like terrain, separated by a sharp boundary from the rest of the flat crater floor. Later images indicate that the spots grow larger as spring advances on Mars. Neither geological nor biological explanations easily explain all features seen here, but biological explanations are less ad hoc."

If that is true, why hasn't NASA determined to place a probe here? Very interesting image.

The next slide in hos presentation shows the changes. He says:
"Spots changing with seasons: In late winter, bright, snow-like frost begins to dissolve into spots first near its periphery. As summer approaches, another spot area resembles a pool of standing liquid in which the spots are some sort of growth. This, in my opinion, is cause for investigation. I think NASA has dropped the ball on this one.
 
who has been to mars lately ' not me have you, Nasa is going to keep secrets from the public if it is authorised to do so by higher officials, that aint no conspiracy it is just a fact, the question we have to ask is'' if there is leaks within that secrecy' is the stuff that leaks real material:question:
 
I agree with what one said earlier in this thread, this type of stuff is nothing more than the natural tendency for people to pick out things (like scooby doo in the clouds and faces in the mud).

I am always a little embarrassed being represented by the ignorant folks who see shapes in martian rocks and whatnot. Makes me feel stupid for even being interested in certain subjects. Because you know, the more ignorant and outlandish a claim is, the more attention it gets, thus the UFO stereotype whackjob is further re-enforced[FONT=&quot].[/FONT]

I'm a little tired of being represented by the lowest common demoniator sometimes.
