Lights in New Mexico night sky?

Could be CGI, but again, why bother, it's too easy to fake lights in the night sky. And what's with the "wobbling effect" of the individual lights, some more obvious, some less. Seems to be unnecessary work if it's fake.

When they all line up at times, they remind me of a description in "Wonders in the Sky" of a "flying necklace" of up to ten lights (if I remember correctly). I'll be linking this in the "nocturnal lights" thread when I've found the text.
