If you tuned into last Friday nights DMR, you know that we went dark just at the top of the hour. Initially I thought it as a computer problem with the sound card but it was not. I did some testing and came to the conclusion that I had a bad cable. Yesterday I hooked up a new one and ... nada. What really confused me was that the darned thing worked just fine with my external speakers, but refused to work thru my Mackie board ... so I got a little bit creative. I tried another channel and everything worked just fine! A damned channel on my Mackie ... well it appears the channel gave up the ghost. Everything should be just fine now .. well until the next damn Gremlin makes an appearance.
