Whatever it is, It seems to head towards the top of the stairs.Maybe if they got a second camera for the top stairs they might capture it again. The video could be a publicity stunt to attract customers to the pub , maybe.

i thought "dust" at first too, but it seems to move with purpose, and it also has an indication of a head. I think it's odd that it moves from one side of the stairs to the other as it's "walking" up. Cool vid!

Looks like dust to me too lol, I think there are two things that can explain this claim.....
1. Any publicity is good publicity

I think it's more along the lines of a bug crawling across the camera lens,"It has a head" and "It's moving with a purpose" tends to lend credence to that.
