From Mexican TV

This 'event' was shot from two different angles. It looks like something releasing a bunch of balloons. Has it been identified?

The balloons seems to shoot out in a straight line in two opposing directions and then "dance" around the "releasing mechanism". If they are balloons then they are clearly not UFO's, since they are identified as balloons - even if they behave in an impossible manner.

Maybe we need an additional moniker describing such an event? I suggest: INEFO (Identified but Non Existing Flying Object). ;-)

I find Mexico fascinating in regards to UFO's. The footage that comes out of their can often be numerous and fantastic. Is this what you get when a culture pays attention to it's skies?

Or is this because Mexico is a hot spot globally for the phenomena? Is it simply the land of hoaxers?

If this is what you get when a population of a nation simply focus's and pay attention to whats in its skies could you imagine what 300 million Americans could film and photograph if we just changed our attitudes toward looking up? Can you imagine the photo's and film? And the sore necks involved.
