Hi guys

Sorry I didnt call in today Don! I was listening to the show though!
Basically the world cup (soccer) started yesterday so I was down the pub from like 7 until 3am. Somehow I managed to wake up for 6 but I was too much of a mess to call in. Great show though!

I have the number written down now so i'll see if I manage it next Saturday/Friday

Sorry, i've been away for a bit. Even missed the Friday show darn it!

Yeah the beak is great now thanks, still has some stitches internally but looks good from the outside. Its the tiredness that made me get hit.... once you get tired, the hands drop, and then *BAM*
To be honest, i just got promoted at work and half the deal was that I stop full contact cage fighting as it doesn't look good when I go visit the CEO of some blue chip company with a black eye or a broken nose. Still doing the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu / Wrestling but toning down everything else :) I like having a nose i can breath out of too much!
