China's Empty City

In order to boost GDP reports China has built a complete city. Now they need people.

Clearly an asset bubble ready to burst at some point in the (not so distant) future -- a great buying opportunity once it happens.

China is the 800 gorilla in the room that many Americans don't realize is there. Illuminati controlling the world? Not in China and most of Asia, thank you!

Anyone interested in doing business in China should read a book by Tim Clissold called "Mr. China: A Memoir". A truly enjoyable, lighthearted but insightful read.

The very first opportunity to get into paranormal research (ghost hunting) was a trip put on with hoaxers Grant Wilson and Jason Hawes. Through their prod. company they had arranged to go to China for two weeks, partnered with Cynthia Rothrock of cheesy Kungfu movie fame. Believe it or not, the trip was to be a tour of China with ghost hunting and kungfu stops all along the way. A trip from heaven for me.

I had the money and passport and tickets and was ready to go so I started researching China in anticipation. As one website put it, "China's not another country, it's another world!" They're right. Buildings, archetechture, environment...everything is completely different than North America, Europe, even the Middle East cannot compare. I was knocked off my feet and that's just by the Internet research!

(Unfortunately, the hoaxers canceled the trip. They claimed that there wasn't enough interest, the real reason was they could make more money here in the States selling the smaller ghost hunting trips. One of the consolations they gave those of us that signed up was a free trip to one of their tours here in the States. My wife and I went to the Stanley hotel for a weekend and we were hooked on ghost hunting at that point on.)

I guess I should have said people with enough money to move to a new city that doesn't have anything to offer in the way of employment.

The 'growing' of China was first predicted/foreseen in the '60s if not even before, I think the Major powers of the world are quite aware of that.

Kinda reminds me of Pruit Igoe
Possibly the ugliest housing developement of all time. I believe it was designed by the same guy who designed the WTC towers. That place makes parts of Beirut look like Dubai.
