Crashplan is sun setting now - Backblaze is a good option. I'm obsessive about backups. I have everything available in multiple places. My photos are both in iCloud Photo Library and Google Photos, and photos and videos make up the bulk of my backups.

This is great - we knew this was a fake, but this sheds new light on it.

I think that's what so much fun about it! I love to speculate about that time, and I think most of the reports from then are because people misunderstood what they were seeing. Ultimately, you're probably right (at least I agree with you), but I think it leads to an interesting discussion.
