The article is true. Obama and Trump were presented with this unsavory information as part of the intelligence report.

You continue to repeat the old right wing/Fox News mantras. Deny all you want, but lying to our forum members will not help you keep your account active here. Give it up!

Considering the open warfare on Trump from Hillary's MSM/LSM
Curious pov. Trump has earned the distrust of wide swaths of the US population due to his own words (seriously denigrating to others plus he himself is unusually sensitive to offense - ironically) and actions (questionable cabinet nominees just one example) yet you make this about Hillary? Strange.

You do know that there are now world-wide demonstrations/marches in solidarity aganist Trump? This is beyond Hillary's 'operatives', if she has such. I do see the cant Gene is alluding to in your posts.
Voter attitudes about President-elect Donald Trump have changed little since Thanksgiving, with just over half of voters continuing to give him favorable marks. The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 52% of Likely U.S. Voters share a favorable opinion of Trump, with 30% who have a Very Favorable one.
It just isn't so. The intensity with which you must present Trump as popular is unusual imo.

Do you agree with Trump's words and actions that will muzzle a free press? Intimidate those who disagree with him?

Instead of making silly comments, pixel, why not take the time to educate yourself about the issues of concern. Consider the evidence for ongoing contacts between Trump campaign people and Russian interests. Does that not concern you, that people around the President of the United States may be colluding or engaging in commerce with a foreign power? What about decades of attempts by Trump to establish business with Russians, frequently documented?

What about the fact that he refused to sell his holdings and put the proceeds in a blind trust as other Presidents have done?

Why start a new administration by flouting laws and conventions?

I've already posted that I don't trust Trump many times, and many times I posted I did not vote for Trump. He has changed his tone dramatically with many of the issues he was criticized for during his early campaign days before the conventions. I mean, you can't really point out any major mistakes from the summer of 2016 going forward. That's when voters are going to start really paying attention to what Trump is saying and doing.

For example, he immediately dropped a major campaign theme that he was supporting the idea that Hillary should be investigated (again) over the FBI email investigation and possibly be prosecuted for it. Meaning, he was clearly suggesting he would support prosecution, but, wow, he changed his mind and said prosecution is not going to be something he would attempt to do. In fact, he seemed very kindly towards both Clintons after the election, and the WH transition meeting with the Obama's went far better than most people expected.

His first speech today after becoming President was/is excellent, so he's doing well with that aspect.

You do know that there are now world-wide demonstrations/marches in solidarity aganist Trump? This is beyond Hillary's 'operatives', if she has such. I do see the cant Gene is alluding to in your posts.
Considering Trump said many stupid things in the Republican debates and the massive LSM/MSM media focus on that once he became the nominee and the incredible attacks both Obamas and both Clintons did on Trump to demonize it's not surprising in the least there's already been lots of violent protests.

You need to point out where he really said stupid things after the convention that would cause the rioting and violent protests after the summer of 2016.

It just isn't so. The intensity with which you must present Trump as popular is unusual imo.
You'll have to quote me where I've suggested Trump is so popular??? He is certainly extremely popular vs what the people think of the MSM/LSM and the Congress. I know you know those numbers, don't you??? :)
Do you agree with Trump's words and actions that will muzzle a free press? Intimidate those who disagree with him?
I believe it's Hillary's campaign that threatened media outlets like BreitBart demanding these need to go, and they used extremist demonization tactics to scratch evil wicked words taking aim as a firing squad. It's called guilt by association. It was a clear attack to demonize Bannon. It's soooo pathetically obvious!

The press is soooo unpopular Tyger, please check their ratings, so most people are not going to take much umbrage when Trump takes aim at CNN or the NYT or any other news organization or some specific reporter. Get real.

Everyone, and I mean everyone, with few irrational extremist exceptions, knows the MSM/LSM hates Trump and uses Fake News to attack and destroy him, and most people don't like the MSM/LSM anyway! Check the ratings Tyger. :)

1) I never implied the article was not true, since you're talking about me lying to forum members.

2) Please quote where I'm lying, because those are strong words you need to prove without question. I'll admit I may be mistaken or overly dramatic with choice of words, but there is no attempt to lie about anything I post.

You keep repeating Fox News/right wing talking points, then deny you supported Trump or even watched Fox News before a few months ago. Do you wonder why I disbelieve you when your history here is limited to this one thread with no background to call on. You jumped in full tilt defending the alt-right nonsense.

then deny you supported Trump
I support many ideas Trump has talked about. I've posted very little about that except for what he indicates with MIC reforms. But, it's absolutely true, I did not vote for him. It's the lesser of two evils Gene! I see Hillary as totally untrustworthy and a War Criminal. Check the polls Gene. Most people don't trust or believe Hillary either no matter what else they might think about Trump.
or even watched Fox News before a few months ago.
Gene, I don't have cable TV for many years or any easy access to Fox News, so it was impossible for me to watch it. I didn't become interested in the 2016 election until AFTER I was on BBC and got caught-up in Brexit. It was fascinating! Brexit! I already posted I thought Trump was an idiot and a buffoon back then in June 2016, so WHY would I give a damn about Fox??? BBC was my news source, and BBC is certainly far far left of Trump and Fox! When I did have cable TV I watched CNN when I supported Gore, and CNN/MSNBC for my support of Kerry, and MSNBC for my support of Obama's first election in 2008.

It's so obvious you do not carefully read my posts and reply too quickly with snap judgements.
Do you wonder why I disbelieve you when your history here is limited to this one thread with no background to call on.
You should refrain from calling me a liar if this is all you got. And, I've already posted plenty of background about my politics going back to the 90's. Have you done the same? What about Tyger? :D
You jumped in full tilt defending the alt-right nonsense.
BrietBart is not the "alt right" just because Wikipedia or Hillary says it's so. AND, be very careful here Gene, because I've already clearly proven BreitBart was being demonized this way to use the pure lies of guilt by association. This is the disgusting Clinton MO used to discredit Bannon. Now, Bannon is one of Trump's top advisors. And, Gene, don't post that Bannon was doing this. I saw the ONE article where Mother Jones set him up to use that idea, because that was the way the questions were being directed towards him. It's not what Bannon was ever saying both before or after that interview, so it's obvious he was just accommodating the Mother Jones questions in the way Mother Jones asked these to Bannon. Then, all idiots, who can't fact check these references and think critically, will jump to conclusions and cram words into Bannon's mouth to demonize him with guilt by association as the alt right! Jerks!

But this is very typical of Hillary's MO and campaign lies of guilt by association and demonization.

Whew! You're in another universe. Who has the time? But then, sounds like a spin that will be used in future - it's so 'polished' - or I guess is being used given what Gene is saying. However, I did live through the last year and much of what you say I don't recall the way you are saying it happened. (You really have to get a handle on all that Hillary-hate).

I do not have much converse with Fox News or such like, except on rare occasions. I do have some some converse with regular media ('corporate' media to some, what you are calling LSM/MSM news). The New York Times and Washington Post and such are hardly not to be trusted - though Trump is certainly making that spin.

Is Trump Stronger Than He Seems? - JAN. 20, 2017
LINK:
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/01/20/...nl_art=0&nlid=77321472&ref=headline&te=1&_r=0
TEXT Excerpted: New polls suggest that Donald J. Trump has the lowest approval and favorability ratings of any incoming president in the polling era — by a lot. Unsurprisingly, he is not buying it.

He tweeted that the polls are “rigged” just like the “phony” pre-election polls that showed Hillary Clinton on track for victory.

Mr. Trump’s point is not persuasive. The pre-election polls weren’t off by much over all: Mrs. Clinton won the popular vote by about two percentage points, not far from her edge of three to four points in the final national polls.

But there might be some merit to his sentiment about the polls, even if his specific argument isn’t credible.

Researchers Created Fake News. Here’s What They Found. - JAN. 18, 2017
LINK: https://www.nytimes.com/2017/01/18/...shot&nl_art=3&nlid=77321472&ref=headline&te=1
TEXT Excerpted: Before the term “fake news” became an all-purpose insult for news coverage a person doesn’t like, it had a more specific meaning: stories invented from whole cloth, designed to attract social shares and web traffic by flattering the prejudices of their intended audience. Think of untrue claims like the Trump endorsement by Pope Francis or theinvestigation of the Clinton Foundation for running a pedophile sex ring.

In the immediate aftermath of the election, there was even some speculation that these types of stories were enough to swing the result toward Donald J. Trump. Sundar Pichai, the chief executive of Google, raised that possibility, and one author of made-up viral news told The Washington Post that “I think Donald Trump is in the White House because of me.”

Some new research from two economists throws at least a bit of cold water on the theory that false news was a major influence on the election result. They offer some hard data on how pervasive voters’ consumption of fake news really was during the 2016 election cycle. The research also reveals some disturbing truths about the modern media environment and how people make sense of the incoming gush of news.

Is this in reference to the Oct. DNI report or what? Please be specific and refer us to an original source besides some Clinton News Network hype and fake news spew.

Trump has already told us he sold millions of dollars in properties he owned to Russian interests. So what?

And, btw, you do know that Wikileaks proved Podesta was making a fortune in stock shares paid to him by a Russian company for his political Russian favors. Oh, and then there's that Uranium deal that then funneled a fortune in money to the Clintons for that Russian favor. That was done in absolutely clear violation of the signed Memorandum of Understanding and Agreement Hillary signed with Obama, as part of her condition to be SoS. Oh, my gosh, Gene! Please explain how Hillary's brother got an exclusive Gold Mining interest in Haiti after the devastation of the earthquake when Hillary was SoS??? This is disgusting self-enrichment. These are in clear violation of Hillary's signed agreement with Obama.

What about the fact that he refused to sell his holdings and put the proceeds in a blind trust as other Presidents have done?
Laughable Gene! I saw the news conference and what his attorney said about all that, and Trump has been removed from controlling or even following all his holdings. It's so funny you would think he should sell all his holdings in properties??? It's a family business all his children are dependent on. He did sell all his stock interests.

He's taking no salary as President, and "the people" love it!

Whew! You're in another universe. Who has the time?
Trump has the reputation of boundless energy and a need for little sleep. He not only can take 3am calls, but he might make some too. :) I really look forward to the Twitter Wars, and, hopefully, he will focus on cleaning-up all the corruption in DC and reorganizing the MIC.

Still won't admit the truth I see.

OK, the news conference about Trump's holdings was a joke. They even had fake manila envelopes. If you actually paid attention to real news sources rather than your phony views of CNN and other places, you'd know what he failed to do, which has created a real problem with many conflicts.

But since you prefer to live in an alternate universe, your time here is quickly lessening.

[...] maybe he should change his motto to "Make America Plagiarize Again!"
Gene, seriously? This is being alleged as plagiarism? Really? :D LMAOROTF

Let’s compare Trump’s and Bane’s speeches side by side, shall we?

Trump: Today’s ceremony, however has very special meaning. Because today, we are not merely transferring power from one administration to another or from one party to another. But we are transferring power from Washington D.C. and giving it back to you... the people. For too long a small group in our nation’s capital has reaped the rewards of government while the people have born the cost. Washington flourished but the people did not share in its wealth. Politicians prospered but the jobs left and the factories closed. The establishment protected itself but not the citizens of our country. Their victories have not been your victories. Their triumphs have not been your triumphs and while they celebrated in our nation’s capital, there was little to celebrate for struggling families all across our land. That all changes starting right here and right now because this moment is your moment. It belongs to you.”

Bane: “We take Gotham from the corrupt! The rich! The oppressors of generations who have kept you down with myths of opportunity, and we give it back to you... the people. Gotham is yours. None shall interfere. Do as you please. Start by storming Blackgate, and freeing the oppressed! Step forward those who would serve. For and army will be raised. The powerful will be ripped from their decadent nests, and cast out into the cold world that we know and endure. Courts will be convened. Spoils will be enjoyed. Blood will be shed. The police will survive, as they learn to serve true justice. This great city... it will endure. Gotham will survive!”

The raw concept is very much the same about taking back from the oppressors.

Except in Trump's case, it's clearly about taking back from Washington, D.C. and handing it to Goldman Sachs and the rich. Look at his cabinet.

Look at his cabinet.
At least some or all of these people still have to go through vetting by Congress. When his cabinet is formally appointed and vetted through Congress, then we'll have a good idea of where Trump is heading. I expect Trump to make many mistakes with at least a two year learning curve, and he is likely to fire some people along the way.

Also, there is a huge DC War and huge MSM/DNC War against Trump, so I fully expect all kinds of hysteria and deliberate dirty tricks of the worst kind for years to come. It's just going to be exactly like the post Tyger made from the DNC fringe last night called occupy democrats or the Buzz Feed golden showers crap!

Trump does change his mind, and he will change personnel too. He's destined to make mistakes with some forced errors caused by his many enemies. He does fight back though. :)

The mainstream media helped to elect Trump by spending months treating him as a novelty with full and uncritical coverage. You are sure out of the loop here.
