I saw a ghost as a kid. I woke up in the middle of the night to see a ball of light coming through an open window. (We had no A/C since my parents were too cheap.) The ball of light eventually became a female figure with long hair that floated away from her head. The figure of the woman was all solid white, not the color of flesh and blood person. It scared me, so I started calling for my Mom. Then, I heard a voice in my head that said something like, "Don't call your Mom! I'm not hear to hurt you."
 
That's pretty intense.

A few questions: Was it a full body apparition? How long did she stay? How did she leave? Was this a onetime thing?
