Why do these mass formations of ufo's appear so often in Latin American countries?
Tunnels and caves, honey, tunnels and caves.
 
In the one bit of footage, you can see what is Orion, and Scorpio. Why you can see the stars is beyond me. The other stuff defies my understanding, could be balloons, who knows?
