Unmitigated hogwash. There's ample evidence the K-Pg was caused by an impact, and good grounds for believing the end Permian crisis was due to volcanism. You don't need aliens to explain earthly extinction events.

The best advice I could give you is that alien implants are real. It may be covering up your symptoms with covered up phenomenon converting psychosis in to a story.
