One really effective way to discredit images with real anomalies in them is to mix in a load of idiotic crap like squirrels on Mars. If NASA is getting actual photos of stuff that "shouldn't be there" and trying to hide it, then the owners of these dimwit web sites and vapid YT channels are either paid to muddle it up, or they are cluelessly working as volunteers. They have been so successful that no one with any sense takes any of it seriously. Gee, thanks.
