'Pixie dust' makes man's severed finger regrow

Right. I know we are all about "open minds" and all that. But, untill I see 3 guys in white lab coats standing in front of Johns Hopkins giving me this story I am going to mark it as "BS of the highest order".

I'm skeptical about it too.
 
How do you get pixie dust? Do you capture a pixie from your garden and shake it hard? Or do you have to kill the poor pixie and turn it into a powder? Or does pixie dust really refer to pixie "droppings?" Are there specific types of pixies that work best, e.g., pink versus green or purple?

If I sprinkle pixie dust on my genitals, will they grow bigger? If the answer is yes, I fear that pixies will need government protection or they will be extinct very quickly.

I need to find out before I bother the pixies living at the bottom of my garden.

It's BS and the tale is not new. The guy first reported this in 2005, then 2007, and now 2008 and the story gets more elaborate every time. They make it sound like the guy's entire digit was cut off. It wasn't. The tip was cut. There was still part of the fingernail attached. This part of your finger ALWAYS grows back. It's normal. Once it is cut off past a knuckle then it doesn't grow back.

Funny, I wondered if just the very tip was cut off, which would grow back. I figured it was BS.
