This is again very interesting.

Just the other day, I read news that the Pentagon program fails to prove any extraterrestrial craft or contact.

When reading the article, it actually says that there is not enough proof to make any conclusions....

Go figure.

Not having enough proof and failing to prove are the same. But it's never really clarified just how much proof would be required to demonstrate a high probability of an off-world origin for UFOs. These are the sorts of issues people in Congress evidently aren't sophisticated enough to ask.

Well, the fact is that there are lots of elements that refuse to believe even if it lands on your back yard.

Most people look this through glasses of religion etc.
