Irish Climber / Skier makes Alien Base South Pole

Has anyone seen this?!? Apparently, this guy is a pretty well known climber / skier. Claims he discovered some whacky stuff going on in the South Pole. Huge government / Alien base.

Good find, but this story is hard to follow. Maybe someone can explain. What real evidence does this skier/adventurer have? He saw a UFO? He postulates this large facility is a "Alien Receptor Centre"? The article never gives any evidence of what Kevin and Armand encountered to claim such facility is in operation. Am I alone? I just don't get it.

It is a bit hard to follow. I used to work for Discovery Channel and we would send out these teams and have them post / "blog" daily from the field. My impression is that these are posts from the field, sort of hurried and rushed. Who knows.

What's weird is that it's sort of buried on some climber portal. Doesn't really fit the way in which these stories hit the web. We'll see i guess

Well I've been digging around http://icecube.lbl.gov using Robtex.com and a piece of freeware called "Intellitamper" ... and I've come up with zilch on this theory. I've seen budgets for the project but have come up with nothing to do with alien bases or anything remotely resembling that

But then again ... i've come across some username/password dialogue boxes and things like that ... so you never know

Fascinating experiment though. And those orb things are really cool looking ... pity they can't fly or anything though
