Kpop Demon Hunters is an animated action-musical available on Netflix that combines music with Korean demonology. Anyone else seen it, and what is your opinion of the movie?

Yes, this is correct. Maggie Kang, the director of the movie, stated in an interview that she took inspiration from Korean demonology and folk legends when creating the film. Many of the characters in the movies are inspired by traditional Korean folk art, especially the demons which are based off of Korean demons known as Dokkeabi. Also, the tiger in the movie is based on Korean minwha paintings of tigers, and the Korean shaman costumes are accurate as well. Beyond that, you'll just have to see the movie because I don't want to spoil anything.
