Hallowe'en 2026

How was your Hallowe'en? Did you commune with your favourite alien, do some scrying with your obsidian stone in the basement, maybe carve a few pumpkins, dress up as a vampire and bark at the moon?!


I decided to mount my pumpkins on posts this year to give them a floating in the air kinda vibe in the front yard.


These deer are secretly worshipping Satan.

My Halloween was uneventful, but this morning, Nov. 2/26, was the strangest morning I've ever experienced in terms of WEATHER.

Lots of hills around here to judge distances.

We were enveloped in a strange 'mist' that appeared as no 'mist' I've ever seen.

Too thin to be conventional fog ... you could see a good mile through it, but a very heavy feeling. A really strange, confusing optical picture.

No odours or other indications that it was fully or partly smoke.

Gone by noon.

Makes ya wonder ...

Didn't really do anything here for Halloween. Our block isn't real active for Trick or Treat night, so we opted out, but maybe next year. I did volunteer to dance around a fire with a rubber chicken for a friend, tho.
