Test and Training Enabling Architecture (TENA) is an architecture designed to bring interoperability to United States Department of Defense test and training systems. TENA is designed to promote integrated testing and simulation-based acquisition through the use of a large-scale, distributed, real-time synthetic environment, which integrates testing, training, simulation, and high-performance computing technologies, distributed across many facilities, using a common architecture

Radio Research Laboratory (RRL) Field Station

Fred Terman at Stanford: Building a Discipline, a University, and Silicon Valley by C. Stewart Gillmor

Keyword Search Eglin:

Page 227 — While the major group of RRL employees were located in Cambridge, there were other physical facilities. At the East Boston Airport, a hangar was leased for airborne test flights. Later, a larger facility was added at the National Guard Air¬ field at Bedford, Massachusetts, several miles northwest of Cambridge. The Florosa, Florida, RRL field station was seventeen miles from Eglin Air Force Base. The site at Florosa opened in June 1943 and allowed large-scale equipment tests and flights of multiplane formation tests. Florosa began in one Air Force trailer and grew to a normal staff of about nine with additional visiting RRL staffers and others from Bell Labs, General Electric, and Federal Telephone and Telegraph.Electric, and Federal Telephone and Telegraph. The local field had a 5,000-foot main runway and two auxiliary run¬ ways. In addition to equipment and technique tests, officers were trained in air¬ borne use of radar and RCM equipment for the various war theaters. Single men lodged and ate at the Florosa Inn and married staff lived in civilian housing at Fort Walton, six miles away.135 The field stations had their additional problems. Ter¬ man sent F. Clark Cahill, RRL’s associate technical director, to report on things several months after Florosa was opened. Cahill wrote that the Florosa staff felt like orphans. The army air force was very cooperative, he wrote, but RRL needed to send good people down to make sure the equipment got installed correctly in the test planes. And the problem of sufficient spare parts and test equipment needed was a familiar one.

Page 236 — As security efforts relaxed somewhat, the expected things happened. RRL staff sometimes forgot to bring their ID badges to work with them, or they lost their badges outright. This occurred so often that a new set of RRL badges was ordered for all. Two machinists from the Bedford Airport RRL hangar were dismissed for stealing gasoline; a guard at the RRL Cambridge labs was fired for being drunk on duty; Fred himself lost his briefcase in Union Station in Washington DC. On another occasion, Fred and OSRD senior executive Frank Lewis were officially chastised for discussing classified matters in the men’s washroom at the Officers’ Club at Eglin Air Field. As “penance,” NDRC Division 15 Director Guy Suits or¬ dered Fred to discuss security at staff meetings and send security warning letters to all section leaders and research associates. In addition, Suits sent warning no¬ tices to all Division 15 contractors about the dangers of lapses in security.153 In 1943, when writing to Felix Bloch, Terman urged caution and asked Bloch to amend a paragraph in a report to the Stanford trustees referring to “war research on microwaves in Cambridge,” worried that “some overzealous individual in the University publishing department will let the stuff out without change to the newspapers and then all hell will break loosed Terman concluded:

Page 239 — At the same time, the RRL field facilities expanded with the addition of hangar space and testing setups at Bedford Airport and the planning of a permanent field station at Florosa, near Eglin Air Field in Florida. Terman learned in August 1943 that Suits had complained to Karl Compton about the operation of the Florosa, Florida, station. Behind-the-back criticism did not suit Terman, who in turn noted that it was Suits who personally had chosen a GE colleague, Dr. Herbert Pollack, for the position as head of the Florosa field station.163 Three days later Terman distributed Pollack’s complaints, comments, and description of Florosa station to all RRL senior staff and group leaders, to make sure all were informed of what was going on.

Army Yanks 'Voice-To-Skull Devices' Site

694423bbd41eeb416f5eb0b3946e70bc5bb88cba.gif

The Army's very strange webpage on "Voice-to-Skull" weapons has been removed. It was strange it was there, and it's even stranger it's gone. If you Google it, you'll see the entry for "Voice-to-Skull device," but, if you click on the website, the link is dead.

The entry, still available on the Federation of American Scientists' website reads:

Nonlethal weapon which includes (1) a neuro-electromagnetic device which uses microwave transmission of sound into the skull of persons or animals by way of pulse-modulated microwave radiation; and (2) a silent sound device which can transmit sound into the skull of person or animals. NOTE: The sound modulation may be voice or audio subliminal messages. One application of V2K is use as an electronic scarecrow to frighten birds in the vicinity of airports.

The U.K.-based group Christians Against Mental Slavery first noted the change (they also have a permanent screenshot of the page). A representative of the group tells me they contacted the Webmaster, who would only tell them the entry was "permanently removed."

The image above is one person's self-styled depiction of how a "voice-to-skull" weapon might work.

Interesting post.
I remember reading about various highly targeted communication tech decades ago too.
Today, some types are used in commercial storefront advertising and performance centers.

Quite a bit of stuff gets buried — like the particle beam weapon on the 747 that keeps getting resurrected as something new, when it's also been around for decades — and that jets, as far back as the old F-16s, had "out of the atmosphere capability". The really high tech stuff is so far beyond what we know about that we'd think it's sci-fi. AI is probably running almost everything behind the scenes now — and we just don't know it — which is why all the data centers are going up.

In Roman mythology, Moneta (Latin Monēta) was a title given to two separate goddesses: It was the name of the goddess of memory (identified with the Greek goddess Mnemosyne), and it was an epithet of Juno, called Juno Moneta (Latin Iūno Monēta). The latter's name is the source of numerous words in English and the Romance languages, including “money" and "mint".

Active shooter drill at NRV malls helps police prepare

Kirsten Lambertsen

Published: April 13, 2015 at 10:37 PM

CHRISTIANSBURG (WSLS 10) - More than 250 first-responders converged on the New River Valley Mall Sunday for an active shooter drill.

There were around 10 police and emergency response agencies represented at the training exercise. It was one of the largest joint training sessions in recent years, and the first to take place at the mall.

During the drill, two gunmen opened fire. A 911 call was placed, and teams of police officers from six different agencies responded. They pursued the shooters and took them down.

The teams also attended to dozens of wounded. Role players were staged around the mall with makeup that simulated gunshot wounds.

Police officers practiced securing each store and moving mall patrons to safety. The drill lasted more than three hours to make the experience as realistic as possible.

Virginia Shootings: Adam Ward’s Fiancee’s Wedding Gown Arrived Same Day He Was Massacred

Melissa Ott was in the control room working her last day at WDBJ as she watched her fiance, cameraman Adam Ward, get shot to death during a live broadcast. As she spent the day coming to terms with the fact that her future husband was dead, her wedding dress arrived in the mail.

Melissa Ott had the worst day of her life on Aug. 27. She watched her soon-to-be husband, Adam Ward, die in front of her very eyes, at the hands of former WDBJ reporter, Vester Flanagan. Shortly after the horrific news circulated around the globe, her fellow colleague, Jean Jadhon, tweeted that Melissa’s wedding dress arrived that same day — just heartbreaking.

Melissa and Adam has recently told the WDBJ newsroom that they were engaged and moving to Charlotte, N.C. The day of the shooting was actually Melissa and Adam’s last day at the network and Melissa’s colleagues had surprised her with balloons and flowers to celebrate. Adam had even told his friends that he had no plans to stay in the news business after their big move. “Adam Ward’s fiancee’s wedding dress arrived today. Sending her love. #heartbreaking #WDBJshooting — Jean Jadhon.”

Melissa took to Facebook to post a very emotional message: “Today, my entire world was flipped upside down. Starting new adventures with my fiance, new jobs, a new city. Getting married, having a family, buying a home. Thats now taken. Im not ok. And I wont be for a long time. But the enormous outpour of love and support from so many of you near and far is so much appreciated … Adam, I will never find a man so happy, selfless, protective, funny, or charming like you. You were the one. You understood me. My soulmate. I will always love you. Please watch over me and keep me strong.”

Adam was in the middle of a live shot with reporter Alison Parker and a Chamber of Commerce official,Vicki Gardner, when Vester approached them and opened fire. Alison and Adam died on the scene. As Adam’s camera kept rolling, it captured Vester aka Bryce Williams‘ face, which helped lead authorities to his capture. Vester later died after a self-inflicted gun shot wound.

Alison’s boyfriend, Chris Hurst, spoke out to CNN and said some very poignant things about Alison and Adam: “Alison and Adam carried no hate in their heart. And expressed no hate or ill will. Her family remains strong, I am trying to find the strength that she always said I had inside of me … she told me all the time she loved me until the ends of the earth and that she felt safe with me. I’m so saddened that there was nothing that could have been done to keep her safe. It really is … our love story I think, is just like Adam and Melissa’s. Adam was the best boyfriend and fiance I could ever imagine, way better than me. His spontaneity to show his love, going the extra mile to prove his love to Melissa was something I have never seen before. And the way he proposed to her was elaborate and well-executed. They were going to be a wonderful married couple … he always made Melissa feel special.”

TV Shooting Survivor Vicki Gardner Speaks Out | TODAY

Comment section (Will post a few)

"I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take this anymore!"

It is GREAT to see so many people awake to what is going on here.

Thank you all of my fellow Patriots and Truth Seekers who have commented on this. I can't say anymore than what has already been said. Except appreciation and joy that we are not alone.

I would love to hear a comment from someone at this station as to why there are so many dislikes, come on i could do with a laugh..

I honestly cannot express the JOY I see with everyone waking up! Made my day!!!

wait a minute my bullshit detector is going crazy!!!

"About those moments" Don't sound so sure about the event happening lololol.

wow.. its so relieving to see the hundreds of comments from people who see through the obvious bullshit.. now.. how do we put a stop to it??

Please people, stop and think about what you are being told by the media. Does this sound like an interview with a survivor from a shooting or a promo for Smith Mountain Lake? Watch any other interviews with Vicki or her husband on YouTube and ask yourself if the story adds up. Especially see the interview with Greta Van Susteren where the husband says he was watching TV that morning and saw the transmission cut off and knew that the sounds he heard were gunshots. He then tried to call his wife but received no answer, then he tried to text his wife but to no avail. Then did he immediately jump into his car and head for Smith Mountain Lake? No. He then received a call from the mother of a first responder telling him that two people were dead but she didn't know or relate their identities to the husband. Really? Less than 15 minutes after the incident happened on TV, the mother of a first responder calls the husband? Not knowing if Vicki is one of the dead, does the husband now jump into his car and race to Smith Mountain Lake? No. He calls the owner of the plaza. Then 15 minutes after the incident started he receives a call from Vicki, from the ambulance that she walked to after suffering a gunshot wound that would cause her to lose a kidney and part of her colon. Now does the husband race to the hospital to be by her side. No. He cleans the kitchen first and arrives at the hospital too late to see her before she goes into surgery. This is a lot to take, especially after the media trotted out Andy Parker who discussed gun legislation with the governor and did multiple interviews promoting changes to gun regulations on the same day and several days after his daughter Alison was reportedly murdered. Please investigate this for yourself and come to your own conclusions, but I have viewed both sets of footage from the shooting and have seen many interviews and I can not accept any of this as being true.
