I haven't purchased or read any of the Forbidden Science journals, but I've poked around to understand more of what his final conclusions are in this book. It seems that he has drawn a very direct trajectory from his 70 years of direct investigation and analysis and I think it's worth paying attention to.
No one else, in the history of the field, has had more direct access to UFO data and has invented more tools of analysis and theorems than he has. He initially started as a major proponent of the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis but lengthy exposure to the data led him towards much more complicated ways of thinking about the phenomenon, leaving the ETH as a smokescreen that humans could still understand as plausible. His final model pits us up against something much less tangible or relatable to human reality but something very involved in our cultural and spiritual history.

Reports produced religions, political demands, government programs, entertainment, rumors, communities and new understandings of humanity’s place in the universe. The error, Vallée argued, was to choose one level and treat it as the whole.”
“He also understood that the extraterrestrial hypothesis had become culturally reassuring. Aliens may be frightening, but they preserve a familiar universe. They are biological beings from another planet. They travel in machines. They can be studied by extending existing science. Vallée’s alternative is more disturbing. The phenomenon may not respect the divisions between mind and matter, observer and event, history and mythology. It may interact with human beings through symbols as well as energy. It may be ancient. It may not share our experience of time. Its apparent absurdity may be intrinsic rather than incidental.”
Interdimensional reality sounds like pretty tricky stuff....
The other component in his book to pay attention to, aside from the obvious recognition of the UFO undergoing yet another transition in its appearances and interactions with humanity in this most recent era, is a warning. He warms us about how the UFO narrative is being currently controlled. In this book he highlights that Nolan, Elizondo, and similar dominant disclosure leaders are more interested in maintaining the ETH and downplaying the high strange components. He warms that their concerns are tied to venture capital interests and keeping NHI technology in corporate control to be used for potential military applications. He cites their repeated visits to billionaire Peter Thiel to pitch large-scale UFO projects as evidence of their ulterior motives.
Just as in Messengers of Deception, his warnings regarding the UFO phenomenon should be heeded. If the UFO narrative continues to be in the control of a narrow minority then the masses are much easier to be manipulated by both the PTB and whatever NHI is behind this timeless, human witnessed mystery.
