The latest entry in Greg Bishop's UFO Mystic blog talks about a certain Dr Peter D. Beter who in the late 70s up to the early 80s put out what he called "audio newsletters" covering all sorts of conspiracy theories etc..

He mentions a website dedicated to Dr Beter, and which ... and this is completely brilliant ... has the entire series of Dr Beter's "audio newsletters" for download as mp3s and text:
