Download Trouble

Hi Everyone.
The last month or so I've been having trouble downloading? It seems to get stuck after about 10% or so? If I persist and keep re trying it sometimes works? No idea why this is happening? Happens to both show and after show. Any help would be great.

John, I don't know. We've had a very few complaints but I haven't been able to duplicate them. Sometimes this is a CloudFlare caching issue, and I'm looking into it further. This is not the way it should be.

If you're using a web browser on a PC or laptop, clear the browser cache.
