Did this effort change anything in and of itself. No, probably not. But hopefully what it will be is be the first of many such events that will grow with each year until they will be impossible to ignore. Got to start somewhere, and a 600k event was a good start. Next time if it's bigger it will get more exposure.

From the SOAR program in Aiken to the GATE classrooms nationwide, CIA experiments were hidden in plain sight — and Cognitive neuroscientist Dr. Julia Mossbridge believes she might have been in one such program as a child.

That's what Julia's Mom told her, "They were studying you. They didn't ask us anything."

This CIA investigation exposes how the "gifted program" — SOAR and GATE — was a cover for MK Ultra-style psychic experiments on children.

The experiments involved a chalky pink liquid she was told was fluoride and Zener-card ESP screening. And when she requested her own school records as an adult, every note about the program came back physically redacted — cardboard cut and photocopied over the comments, grades one through eight.
