This is the kind of sloppy Russian propaganda that poured out of the USSR during the cold was. Yes, friends and neighbors: we really did go to the moon, and left artifacts behind which will probably someday be on museum display.

A more sour note: One must question the mentality of NASA for erasing historically priceless footage for whatever reason. I will give them the benefit of the doubt we tend to accord big mindless bureaucracies.
