So, Cheney says "If I was, it would be classified and I couldn't talk about it." (in Valerie Plame fashion). That was an off-the-cuff answer like "I could tell you, but then I'd have to kill you.", which doesn't mean anything anymore.

There was no useful information in that video. Thanks for wasting the bandwidth.
