First, we are registered as a partner in Microsoft's email senders program, which means we have agreed to follow all their guidelines with our email campaigns.
However, a large number of messages that we send to people who are using their email services are being bounced.
So if you have set up an account with any of these services, which include Outlook, Hotmail and Live, may I suggest you switch to a more reliable provider. Gmail is an example; we never have any problems with them. You can change your email settings in your member control panel in this forum, or with our newsletters by following the instructions at the bottom of the message.
