Hi Below is a large car park and the bush/tree is about 12ft away from road, there is a fence that runs along side the walkway/path and road, the phone was held at a 45 degree angle when I took the shot.

I have recently seen this image online else where. It certainty is a very interesting photograph. Sadly, with out the original full size image it is hard to say what exactly it is. For sure it does look like a figure. Defiantly deserves further investigation. Hope it's not a shop job.. ;)
