    The vid has always looked odd to me. The "craft" seems super imposed and isn't consistently in the same spot relative to the back ground/sky or balcony as a reference. Hard to put into words unfortunately. It reminds me of the Mexican Ufo vid hoax. The wobbley saucer by the buildings one.

    Arkansas Sighting

    To get back to the discussion at hand...I live in Arkansas just across the river from the sighting. I've seen the flares in use at Fort Chafee and they look rather unworldy. Perhaps this type of flare was not yet in service while the retired Air Force witness was still active. I dunno??
