Just curious, what did everyone think of that movie. Sound like something feasible that the military would actually mess around with experimenting with?

There was a whole series of books about just that thing. It was about a guy who could talk to the dead among other things and he is recruited by some Russians to work at this underground facility in Siberia. Once they open the portal some real nasty shit kept trying to get through. They had the Russian military waiting to ice anything that came through the portal. It was pretty cool. They eventually took a team to the other side and ended up starting a war.
 
LOL no they are called necromancer or something like that. The Mist is a Stephen king novella.
 
I looked that title up and it sounds like something different. Any way you can find out for sure for me? I'd appreciate it.
