That's a fair observation, and enough reason to for further inquiry. Without more evidence to the contrary we'd be justified in wondering if Kehoe was pulling another L. Ron Hubbard ( sorry for the reference if you happen to be a scientologist ).... It's just odd that Keyhoe's past and "formal" present were filled with the same type of aviation sensationalism, albeit either under a fictional, or non-fictional, professional appropriation. Later, his "contacts" in the military, were primarily PR agencies on the exterior, and yet they give him an inside line to classified intel confirming that objects he had formerly doubted in print, but assuredly had an interest in, were all of a sudden real. It's just weird!
