It gave me a healthy dose of WTF?! Then I moved the scrollwheel and smiled. Great shot. I'm new and this might have been posted before...

Okay, it degenerates from Pink Floyd to pan-pipes (?!) and a quality production team could see it featured in I-Max theaters, but it makes its point.

Then there's Carl Sagan's 'Pale Blue Dot.' Cool.

Would you like two touchpads? Mine's a pain in the ass. If I hit the spacebar too hard it deletes my posts and backtracks to some other page:D

Friend of mine had the same problem just last week. I disabled the touchpad at the BIOS level and gave him a small USB mouse I had lying around. I think F1 on boot-up will take you to the BIOS where you can change the settings.

Mine works fine and is the best touchpad I have ever used. It's a Synaptics on a cheapie (circa $400) Compaq Presario.

I'll try that. I've got a USB mouse (back page button too:) ), but the touchpad area from spacebar down (pretty much half the keyboard area) is governed by Murphy's Law. I'm writing posts, emails from the heart, links, videos....whatever...and then ! all gone. If I was conspiracy-minded I'd be deeply suspicious. Luckily, the biggest conspiracy in my world is that slippery little bastard called Murphy or Sod.
