I decided, to ask...who were the "experts" in the field that couldn't explain this footage? What field are they referring to? Who is the television "photographer" who analysed this video footage? Why would you get a photographer to analyse video and what exactly is a television photographer?

I'm not sake this is fake or genuine because as far as the paranormal goes, there's really nothing out there anyone can genuinely present as evidence.

This footage can easily be recreated. Would be nice to have the raw footage for peer scrutiny.

Does anyone know why there's horizontal refreshing in the footage? It could be cheap, unshield RCA cables causing this but it is pretty strange.
