UFO's and cosmic seeding of technologies

Paranormal Adept
Premise: Some alien civilizations would love to meet us but can't because we're not up to par yet.
Premise: Some civilizations are seeding various areas of the planet with technology (fake crashes?) that can bring us closer to the next phase of critical evolution
Premise: The 2004 USS Nimitz incident was a proof of concept for a possible 'Alcubierre' drive and was a 'planned' demonstration.
Premise: Some civilizations have determined that the human race has the potential of joining a galactic group of sentient races.
Premise: Allowing cultures to evolve and adapt is the key to their survival.
Premise: Variety is important in the context of a 'cosmic' eco-system since variety can help decode this universe.

Feel free to knock some of these ideas But if we live within a 'framework' like this, we may have been artificially manufactured to eventually solve problems in a fashion similar to 'bitcoin mining' but on a cosmic scale ;)

You should see The Alien Grand Design and its take on crashes. But the scenario above is unnecessary inasmuch as we're progressing technologically pretty fast hence should be at their level fairly soon anyway.

I've always doubted claims that ETs made us.

I've always wondered about the 'first' sentient civilization that emerged post 'big bang' (assuming that the singularity theory holds). How fast would it spread across it's home galaxy if it survived its scientific evolution.

Would it be tempted to 'shape' other sentience in its image ? To reduce conflict on a cosmic scale?

What mucks up the picture is the story of our last 100,000 years as Homosapiens and the barbaric evolution and cruelty of our specie over the control of land and its exploitation. In that context I'd consider the idea of our planet being a Petri dish where alien intervention starts at the DNA scale (maybe 100,000 years ago?)... then after a long wait, humans would replicate the intervention on new emerging neighboring solar systems with potential sentience (assuming humans survive the nuclear and AI eras... or other unknown 'exotic' eras driven by science and technology)

.... but if inorganic sentience is 'superior' (AI) .... then all bets are off ;)

Could there be a symbiotic relationship between organic sentience and artificial sentience in the grand scheme of things? We'll possibly soon find out lol

You would think that artificial sentience would understand that it has an organic origin and would have a natural reflex of protecting its creator ? (We'll become a natural backup of AI)
