This just happened earlier in the week (on Thursday).
My girlfriend and I went to the zoo on her day off. Well this giraffe seemed to have a crush on her and it was following her around the perimeter of the fence.
I was looking up at the giraffe's head and I noticed something white in the sky behind it. It was way up in the sky, almost the height of a plane at cruising altitude, it was completely white and completely circular. Its speed was a bit faster than a plane's speed, but not impressively fast.
I pointed it out to my girlfriend, and she didn't know what it was either. Her eyesight is better than mine, so I asked if it was a white circle to her also. She agreed with what I was seeing.
I tried to take a picture with my phone but it didn't turn out, so I just watched it until it flew out of sight.
It was definitely weird cause it was going faster than a baloon, but it didn't do any bizarre manuevers or anything like that.
