This is a fun exercise: Do a search on Google for "9.9 billion dollars" and see how many hits you get on missing money, estimates of aid, and transfers of money into odd places.
(I know, statistically, someone is always rounding things to fit into categories, so they don't want to admit to the full ten billion, but it's still fun to see)
Guest suggestion here: Catherine Austin Fitts (www.solari.com), former deputy secretary of HUD, to talk about the missing money and CIA involvement in L.A. crack housing conspiracy.....Maybe you could get Michael Ruppert on the same show...(www.fromthewilderness.com)? Tie it back to Iran/Contra and then to Nixon/Cheney/Rumsfeld and the Cold War secret radar weapon that the Russians supposedly had (which I suspect was just the communication codes from the Walker Navy family)
