Quite possibly, though I'm not sure if electroshock ever helped anyone very much beyond making more scrambled eggs in their brain.

Given that this is such a consistent narrative, it seems to me that there is a very well orchestrated and consistent program used to destabilize people the complex wants to be destabilized, as there's been so many reports of visitors in military uniforms who spin wild tales and/or show witnesses picture books with photos of UFO's and Bigfoot carrying pigs over fences back from grocery shopping in farmer's fields.

I'm not sure which is more despicable - govt sponsored briefings used to make whistleblowers and other folks look bonkers, or Greer running around claiming he's briefed four star generals and the pope etc. This is the way of Ufoology, engineered to make everyone involved look a little, or a lot, weird.
