My beautiful girlfriend was rushed into emergency last night with an irregular heartbeat and a BPM of 120... It wasn't life threatening, however she couldn't be discharged until she was in the 'safety zone'.. We got comfy in a hospital bed and listened to an old paracast with Brad Stieger, his soothing tones and the lame quips of Gene 'Franken' Steinberg lowered her heart rate to a comfortable 90Bpm in about 45mins and she was able to be discharged, not out of the woods yet, but a big thanks to the paracast for it's medicinal qualities :-D worked like a charm!
