Hahaha, that is so fake...but if you have ever worked in or managed part of a call center like I have you will immediately relate to this. How many times did I want to talk to a customer like that?! Soooooo many but I'm too nice.

But deep down inside me there is a David Biedny trying to come out.

I believe that the Touchtone Terrorists technique is to secure 1-800 numbers close to real companies' customer service numbers and let the wackiness ensue when people mis-dial.
