Hunter Photos Bigfoot with Stealthcam

I am an avid outdoorsman and watch outdoor channel often...this morning on Eastman Bowhunting I was shocked to see this clip in their regularly mundane show. This is not a paranormal braodcast and typically this subject is never mentioned on Outdoor Network shows. Thankfully they provided an online clip of the footage. This is a remote game tracking camera mounted to a tree to spot game passing by. The shots were taken in Colorado:

(to me it looks like a hunter with a jacket and camo face covering [netting]...I have seen this outline numerous times in my hunting experience)

would the nature of the stealth cam cause the effect where it seems to come out of thin air ?

i cant tell what it is, but im interested in why it seems to just pop into frame, a delay in the motion sensing ? ie do these cameras sit in idle mode till triggered ?

Right. Typically the cameras are not top-of-the-line. Also, they are triggered by motion sensors. Sometimes an animal can walk right by them and if they have a delayed sleep-mode-to-wake-mode they trigger late. I have seen some that if close and fast enough it will trigger after the animal is out of frame.

This seems like an odd angle of approach to not be picked up sooner but I guess it is not impossible for something moving relatively quick.

There's some discussion over at the bigfoot forums on this. http://www.bigfootforums.com/ Great site for those interested in bf.

Imo, the vid is worthless in terms of evidence. Small BF too it seems. I enjoy seeing even crap vids of BF though, so it is of interest to me. So I'm not knocking the thread at all. It just isn't going to be anything of weight in terms of evidence. Still fun though, and it does beat a lot of the blobsquatch vids.... though not by much:).

thanks Seth,
the Australian army enlists aboriginal trackers as part of its compliment.(with special persmission to go AWOL/walkabout)

the native people here speak of the Yowie, and they say of its tracks, that it can disapear at will, its tracks can stop in an area in a manner not done by any other creature of the bush.

i beleive native americans have noted the same feature in regards to tracks.

but in this case it looks like the cameras function explains well enough what i see

Good link, Paranormal Packrat. Definitely the "freaky feeling" and "feelings of being watched" is suspect as a prelude to the clips.

As you said, does not seem to carry much weight in description or video evidence.

That, my friend, is also fascinating. Like Packrat said those videos can be ridiculous at times but this subject has a component of fascination on many levels.

Several Murri and Koori tribes of eastern Australia have dreamtime legends about an ancient battle between their ancestors and a race of hairy apemen. The stories share some common elements. The aboriginals won the battle quite decisively. This is attributed to their weapons including the spear and war boomerang. The apemen fought bare handed.
